and .**Lead Analyst, Sales Commission****Key Responsibilities*** Administer and manage sales team incentive compensation plans, ensuring accurate tracking, calculation, and timely payouts to eligible staff* Maintain data accuracy within incentive compensation systems and tools* Audit incentive data and payout results to identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies* Assist with documentation, templates, and system updates for compensation plans and participant information* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. HR, Finance, etc) to ensure incentive programs comply with internal policies and business objectives* Provide ad-hoc compensation data, reporting, and insights to business leaders as needed**Requirements*** Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Human Resource, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field* Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in incentive administration or sales/business operations* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, particularly when analyzing incentive results* Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point**Experience Preferred*** Experience with incentive compensation management tools (e.g. Xactly, Varicent, Callidus, etc.)* Knowledge of Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export
