Supervisor, Engagement Planning
to lead our team in developing and executing impactful media campaigns.
Responsibilities
Be the Architect of Engagement: Lead the development and execution of omnichannel media strategies, translating marketing objectives into impactful plans that span Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
Guide a Team of Planners: Mentor and develop a team of Engagement Planners, fostering their growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, strategically aligned tactical plans.
Champion Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving media landscape, partnering with COE leads and supplier partners to identify and leverage emerging technologies and opportunities.
Drive Client Success: Build strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance, proactive communication, and data-driven insights to ensure campaign success and exceed expectations.
Be a Collaborative Leader: Partner seamlessly with internal teams, including BI, market research, and creative, to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns that drive results.
Qualifications
Media Expertise: 5-6 years of experience as a Planner/Buyer, with a deep understanding of online and offline media channels, including traditional and emerging platforms.
Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable media strategies that deliver measurable results.
Leadership & Mentorship: Passion for developing and empowering team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Client-Focused Approach: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
Passion for Innovation: A relentless curiosity and drive to explore new technologies and methodologies, constantly seeking ways to push the boundaries of engagement planning.

The base salary for this position may range from $70,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
