Overview This is a full‑time, hands‑on development opportunity designed for individuals interested in launching a career in digital marketing. No prior paid media experience is required.
Candidate Fit We are especially excited about candidates who are looking to transition into paid media from another industry or professional background. Prior experience in paid media is not required, but we value the perspective, maturity, and accountability that come from having worked in a professional environment before.
Training Program As a Paid Search Coordinator, you will go through a structured training program focused on building a strong foundation in digital marketing, paid search strategy, and data analysis. You will learn how search engines work, how paid search campaigns are structured, and how campaign performance is measured and optimized. Throughout the program, you will further develop your skills in Excel, data interpretation, and client communication.
Paid Search Team Our Paid Search team manages search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, for both e‑commerce and lead generation clients. As your confidence and skillset grow, you will transition into hands‑on account support, assisting Paid Search team members with the day‑to‑day work required to drive performance and growth.
Skills & Experience
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills who enjoys collaborating with a team
Curious by nature and motivated to understand not just what happened, but why it happened
Comfortable working with data and excited by the idea of turning numbers into insights
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and eager to deepen your skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
A self‑starter who takes initiative, learns quickly, and is not afraid to ask questions
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Open to feedback and motivated by continuous improvement
Responsibilities
Receive structured training on the Socium Way and the fundamentals of paid media, specifically paid search marketing
Learn how paid search campaigns are built, managed, and optimized across platforms like Google Ads
Assist with campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy support, and performance analysis
Analyze search query and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
Build and maintain reports that help tell the story of account performance
Support Paid Search team members on multi‑channel client accounts
Participate in internal discussions around strategy, testing, and optimization
Join client calls to support insights, reporting, and performance updates as you grow in the role
