As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility.**Position Purpose:** Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of specialized training programs and auditing tools on HEDIS, STAR scores, gap closures, and member and provider experience for Fidelis Care.\*\*\*The Senior Trainer role is primarily remote with 10% travel expectation. Candidates must reside in NY or be willing to travel there a few times per year to be considered for the position. \*\*\***Responsibilities:*** Coordinate training efforts with various cross-functional areas.* Develop and administer a universal training curriculum, employ technologies and enhance training development programs.* Conduct training sessions covering soft skills and processes specific to various departments within Fidelis Care.* Develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.* Evaluate effectiveness of training programs, including cost and benefit analyses and communicate results to management.* Audit team results, identify gaps in training and implement improvements in training programs.* Review and recommend updates to policies and procedures.* Ability to travel to various offices within New York State.**Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of training and auditing experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
**License/Certification:** Valid driver's license.Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
