Senior Accountant
– Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ area We are seeking a detail-oriented
Senior Accountant
to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a growing organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring GAAP compliance, analyzing manufacturing data, and supporting external audit and year-end reporting processes. Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and monitoring departmental, project, and organizational expenditures Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process Transition monthly internal reporting to ensure all finance and accounting operations comply with GAAP for quarterly covenant reporting Implement financial reporting to support manufacturing data analysis Manage and assist in preparation of external audits, year-end insurance, and income reporting requirements Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred Proficiency with NetSuite and Microsoft 365 applications Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations Experience overseeing the annual audit Skills and Knowledge
Superior data management and analysis skills Strong time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity for a senior accounting professional to take a hands-on role in a collaborative environment with opportunities to impact strategic financial decision-making.
