Job Description As IT Senior Solution Manager, you will build on your solution expertise and project experience to lead modernization initiatives for EMEA Juice, including our SAP S/4 implementation and SCADA Middleware upgrade. Your added value for the Company is your ability to create an overall vision of solutions driven by business needs and leverage the right technical layers. You will act as the onsite relay for the SAP S/4 team and ensure integration of local applications with global platforms.

In this position, your objectives are to:

Serve as a solution visionary, technology expert, and mentor to project team members

Lead enablement of EMEA Juice projects, focusing on our SAP S/4 implementation and Metrack upgrade

Ensure integration of local Belgian applications with our SAP S/4

Act as onsite relay for the SAP S/4 team (Front Office–Back Office)

Act as on‑site relay for the Enterprise Architecture team

Review and validate solution designs complementary to functional IT streams

Provide technical support and guidance from an architecture standpoint

Maintain technology watch—specifically for our SAP S/4 and Metrack ecosystems—and define a strong long‑term design

The IT Skills you will need are:

Extensive functional knowledge of application integration and modernization

Hands‑on experience with project delivery and solution architecture

Mature understanding of portfolio management and best practices

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Self‑driven, customer‑focused, and proactive

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel as required

Cross‑cultural mindset to collaborate globally

Experience

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or related discipline

3–5 years of experience in solution management, application modernization, or ERP deployment in a global context

Proven track record in leading large‑scale transformation projects

Experience with integration of local and global applications

Change leadership skills, with ability to challenge traditional approaches

Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving abilities

Experience in soft commodity trading or juice industry is a plus

Additional Information

Flexibility for medium‑level business travel is required. Up to 15%

Openness to future international assignments is a plus
