System One has partnered with a statewide organization that is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and compliance across the organization. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights, develop reports and dashboards, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position ideally for a candidate located in Tulsa or Oklahoma City, OK.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business goals
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs for various stakeholders
Partner with business, operations, and technical teams to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions
Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and analyses
Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions
Document data sources, definitions, and methodologies to ensure clarity and repeatability
Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner
Support continuous improvement efforts related to data quality, reporting, and analytics processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics role
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and basic statistical concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis or automation
Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, or cloud-based analytics platforms
Experience working in a cross-functional business environment
Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data quality and reporting
Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.
