As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee nursing operations, coordinate patient care across units, and lead teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing evidence-based care pathways, monitoring quality metrics, and partnering with physicians, pharmacists, and ancillary staff to optimize patient flow and resource use. You’ll drive patient safety initiatives, manage regulatory compliance with Joint Commission standards and state requirements, and lead initiatives in infection prevention, pain management, wound care, and patient education. You’ll refine strategic leadership, data‑driven decision making, and change‑management skills while influencing care culture across facilities. You’ll guide teams through busy shifts and complex cases, identifying opportunities for staff development, mentorship, and succession planning to help nurses expand their competencies and advance in their careers. Compensation and benefits

Our compensation and benefits package is designed to reflect the value you bring. The weekly pay ranges from $2,594 to $2,846, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, and a contract designed for weeks of sustained impact with potential for extensions. In addition to competitive pay, you’ll have access to a sign-on incentive and housing assistance to support a smooth transition.
