Responsible for the coordination and execution of all MD Helicopters marketing and communications initiatives, with primary emphasis on trade show management and execution, brand management, communications strategy and messaging, social media management and engagement, and the development of targeted marketing collateral for key markets. The role also supports customer events, trade publications, MD websites, Trademarks and provides comprehensive marketing, communications, and advertising support to the MD sales team, sales representatives, and the broader MD network. Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the development of the annual trade show strategy, budget, and attendee plan in collaboration with senior leadership; oversee execution to ensure events are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, pricing, and payment terms for all marketing and event activities. Oversee display-aircraft planning, booth design, setup, dismantle, logistics, and on-site execution, including coordination of demonstration flights where applicable. Direct external design and fabrication partners on booth layout, branding standards, graphics, and cost management. Oversee development and inventory of event graphics, displays, collateral, and literature to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Provide leadership and guidance on attendee coordination, including travel, lodging, credentials, and show communications. Coordinate press engagements, media briefings, and show-related publications in support of senior leadership and product messaging. Plan and manage corporate and customer events, including vendor sourcing, agendas, venue selection, and on-site event execution. Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of product photography, video assets, and marketing collateral for internal and external use. Maintain and enhance the marketing asset and market-research repository, including proposal templates, presentations, pricing references, competitive insights, and product information. Oversee development and accuracy of technical brochures, options catalogs, and product literature in coordination with engineering and sales. Manage the content strategy and ongoing updates for the MDHelicopters.com website to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives. Lead coordination of media relations and internal communications as required. Develop analytics-driven insights into MDH’s social media presence and competitive positioning. Create and execute social media strategies and content calendars that support product, mission, and geographic business objectives. Monitor engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement and audience‑growth initiatives across all channels. Develop content and campaigns that drive measurable engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility. Perform other related duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities

None Skills and Abilities

Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Photography and/or videography editing skills. Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of complex variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload within department. Ability to successfully coordinate efforts of staff outside of individual’s span of authority. Up to twenty‑five (25%) travel required with significant customer interface. The ability to understand and follow instructions and the ability to concentrate. Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to get along with others or to be part of a team. Access to Export Control Information. Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four‑year college or university (business, marketing, aviation operations or similar discipline) and 3 - 5 years work‑related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work performed in an office and factory settings. Exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes. Occasionally required to lift up to 20 lbs.
