Your role will be to **take it from “working” to production-ready** — ensuring it is stable, scalable, secure, and polished enough for a public launch and real-world usage.This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with **significant ownership and influence over the product’s technical direction**.**What You’ll Be Responsible For*** Taking an existing MVP and bringing it to market-ready, production quality* Designing and refining backend APIs and data models* Improving frontend UX, usability, and performance* Ensuring the system is stable, secure, and scalable* Identifying and resolving edge cases, bugs, and technical debt* Making pragmatic architectural decisions that support long-term growth* Working closely with the founder to move fast while maintaining engineering discipline* Writing clean, maintainable, well-structured TypeScript* Applying a product-minded engineering approach, not just feature delivery* Thriving in an environment with ambiguity, iteration, and evolving requirements**Must-Have Skills & Experience*** **5+ years** of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role* Strong experience with **TypeScript** across frontend and backend* Solid **React** experience building production-grade user interfaces* Experience building **Node.js / Express APIs*** Experience working with **MongoDB** in production environments* Proven track record of **shipping and maintaining real-world SaaS products*** Ability to move a product from **“it works” → reliable, scalable, and usable*** Strong product-minded engineering mentality* Comfortable working without rigid specs and iterating quickly* **Fluent English**, written and verbal* Professional, collaborative, and proactive* Open to feedback and continuous improvement**This Role Is a Great Fit If You*** Enjoy taking ownership of real products from early stages* Like working close to founders and decision-makers* Have shipped SaaS products before and know where MVPs tend to break* Care deeply about code quality, maintainability, and scalability* Want meaningful impact on a product with real market potential**Compensation****USD 3000 to 4000 per month (** BRL 16,500 to 22,000)We value **real-world production experience** over polished portfolios.
