An engineering and design firm is seeking BIM Modelers to join their team in support of a semiconductor facility project located in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will interpret design inputs and create accurate 3D models using Revit, ensuring model integrity and converting 3D designs into detailed 2D documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating updates, performing quality checks, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.
This position offers a pay range of $22 - $45 per hour (based upon experience). Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, sick time, and a 401(K). The initial contract is for six months, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and project needs. Must be able to work fully onsite (5 days per week) at the customer site in North Phoenix, AZ.

Experience with MEP scope (Piping)
