Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, event coordination, and brand initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement. This mid-level role is ideal for a creative and organized professional with experience in B2B/B2C marketing, digital outreach, and event planning.
Essential Duties
Plan, promote, and execute trade shows, webinars, and customer events
Coordinate event logistics, vendor relations, and promotional materials
Develop and manage marketing assets including emails, landing pages, and social media content
Track campaign performance and event ROI
Support lead generation through email campaigns, social media, and digital outreach
Manage internal storefront and branded merchandise orders
Collaborate with vendors for custom marketing materials and promotional items
Maintain inventory of marketing supplies and ensure timely distribution
Assist with CRM data management and reporting
Present campaign and event performance updates to stakeholders
Support the Marketing Manager with project tracking and milestone reporting
Other duties as assigned

Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–4 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or brand support
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
