Requirements
Define, create, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios Execute functional, non‑functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end tests Design, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks Perform testing on web and mobile applications Conduct API testing and validate data flows Analyse test results and document defects clearly Coordinate test execution, reporting, and follow‑up activities Support business users during validation and acceptance testing Promote quality best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Expertise
Must Have: Strong experience as an IT Automation Test Engineer or Test Analyst Solid experience with automation testing Hands‑on experience with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, SoapUI, and Postman Experience in testing web applications Knowledge of SQL, XML, and JSON Good understanding of testing methodologies and techniques Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments ISTQB and/or TMAP certification Nice to Have / Should Have: Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter) Basic understanding of Java Experience with CI/CD tools Knowledge of BPMN notation Experience in public‑sector or regulated environments Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities High attention to detail and quality focus Clear and structured communication Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders
