Schedule: Per Diem | Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $40+ per hour
Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and reliable
Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN)
to provide 1:1 support for students in a school setting. This role offers a flexible morning schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting students with medical needs.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 nursing care to students as needed
Support students with diabetes management and other medically fragile needs
Monitor student health and respond to medical concerns during the school day
Collaborate with school staff to ensure student safety and well-being
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
Requirements
Active
Michigan RN license
(required)
Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile students preferred
Ability to work independently and respond calmly in medical situations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
