Key Responsibilities
Help the Regional Knowledge and Information Manager find and focus on the best opportunities to use digital and AI tools, ensuring they fit the needs of the business.
Evaluating Project Solutions
Work with project teams to review and choose the right digital solutions, considering what will work best and bring the most value.
Make sure digital and AI projects are completed successfully in the region, lead teams, check that solutions meet quality standards, and ensure they follow company rules.
Promoting Safe Use of AI
Encourage the responsible use of AI tools, ensuring they are used safely and follow company guidelines.
Working with Others
Collaborate with other teams, clients, and partners to ensure digital solutions integrate well with business operations.
Leading and Developing People
Mentor and support team members, help them build new skills, and encourage sharing of knowledge and solutions across projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or industry certifications related to digital or AI is a plus.
8 to 10 years of experience working with digital tools, data, or AI projects.
Demonstrated leadership in project‑based, multidisciplinary environments.
Effective communication with business leaders, data scientists, and technical teams. Ability to advocate for data‑driven decisions.
Proficiency in designing and maintaining data architectures, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes, and understanding modern data architecture principles and best practices.
Experience delivering AI projects, selecting appropriate algorithms, implementing machine learning models, and deploying AI solutions. Proficiency in exploring data, identifying patterns, and using business intelligence tools.
Understanding of business processes, objectives, and industry‑specific challenges. Ability to align data initiatives with business goals.
Awareness of data privacy regulations, AI policies, and their impact on data management and AI solutions.
Ability to lead and mentor data professionals, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and manage project timelines.
Adapt to evolving data landscapes and changing business needs.
Preferred
Prior experience working with architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) organizations.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and tools in data management and AI.

Individual pay is determined based on work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
The expected salary for this position in New York is \$140,000 – \$170,000.
The expected salary for this position in New Jersey is \$135,000 – \$165,000.
The expected salary for this position in California is \$130,000 – \$160,000.
