Job Description We are seeking experienced Accounting Consultants to join our team on a hybrid basis in Decatur, Illinois. This role will require a mix of remote work and on-site presence, providing flexibility while ensuring collaboration with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a focus on account reconciliation, clean up, process documentation, and related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Perform account reconciliations and financial statement analysis. Conduct thorough account clean-ups, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Document and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with client teams to identify and implement best practices. Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Support various accounting projects as needed, providing expertise and insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on reconciliation, clean up, and process documentation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients and team members.
