Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Glen Haven Health and Rehabilitation, LLC $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Rates from $29.50 to $39.80 Are you a seasoned Registered Nurse with leadership skills and a dedication to high‑quality care? Glen Haven Health and Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking compassionate and experienced RN Charge Nurses to lead our nursing team across flexiblall hifts (7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am). You’ll oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care plans, and ensure a safe, compassionate environment for our long‑term and rehabilitative patients. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans. Shifts Available: Full-time, with rotating weekends 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents. Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus.
