• $3,500 (LPN) or $5,000 (RN) Retention Bonus Available for 2nd or 3rd Shift!
- Apply byto qualify. Paid in three installments.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver safe, resident-centered care
• Collaborate with care teams, physicians, and families
• Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff
Requirements
• Current LPN or RN license in KY (or reciprocal state) in good standings with no restrictions
• CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
