Senior Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Key

At Amazon Key, we are on a mission to empower customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses. As part of the Amazon Devices and Ring organization, we invent new devices, software, and services to solve critical access problems for our customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product roadmap and execution plan
• Define the long‑term strategy and vision for customers (including new hardware)
• Work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback and usage metrics to identify pain points and feature improvement opportunities
• Build innovative concepts and successfully champion them through senior management and other teams
• Drive requirement definition and design
• Define and own the business metrics and KPIs for our products and services
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing/supply chain for hardware to optimize costs and inventory

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Compensation: Base pay ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
