• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, 24-hour call 10 shifts per month
• 15 patients per shift
• Hospital-based practice with easy access to imaging and labs
• Midwives normally take first call
• C-section performance and complicated delivery management required
• Average 200 deliveries per year
• Laparoscopic and major gynecological procedures required
