In this position, you will be responsible for delivering specialized nursing care, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote the well-being and independence of individuals with developmental disabilities. Required Skills: Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Strong knowledge of IDD care requirements and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability to shift schedules and changing patient needs Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in ICF or similar long-term care settings CPR and First Aid certification Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Preferred Education and Experience:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in Pennsylvania Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar setting Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to IDD care Other Requirements:
Flexibility to orient on day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM for five days prior to working the scheduled overnight shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM) Ability to work an 8-hour shift Availability to work in an overnight shift environment Valid licensure and certifications as required Must be able to successfully complete orientation and on-boarding procedures
