Role Responsibilities
Design and implement centralized identity and access management systems as a single source of truth.
Enforce least-privilege access across internal and external platforms by default.
Integrate Okta with employee, contractor, and partner identity workflows.
Build AI-driven automation for identity lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, role changes).
Develop scalable abstractions for platform identity, application access, and database permissions.
Ensure compliance with standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST as systems scale.
Continuously evaluate and improve IAM tools, policies, and enforcement mechanisms.
Partner with customers to support external provisioning workflows to third-party applications.
Stay ahead of trends in identity management, IAM automation, and AI-powered access provisioning.
Requirements
Strong experience designing and scaling identity and access management (IAM) systems.
Hands‑on experience integrating identity providers (e.g., Okta) with enterprise platforms.
Deep understanding of least‑privilege principles, access controls, and security best practices.
Experience building automation for identity lifecycle management.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
