The Operations Associate plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of Nécessaire’s operational infrastructure, with a primary focus on Amazon operations, bridging logistics, fulfillment, inventory, and vendor management to ensure efficient movement of products from production to customer delivery. This role is central to maintaining operational excellence, accuracy, and service quality across internal and external processes. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to support order flow, inventory accuracy, and compliance with Amazon, retail, and eCommerce requirements. You will also help identify process gaps, improve data integrity, and support scalable operational systems. Success in this role requires precision, ownership, and an analytical mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and brings structure to complexity, particularly within high-volume channels like Amazon. This role partners closely with Digital, Finance, Planning, and Supply Chain to support the Brand’s strategic and growth objectives. Responsibilities Support day-to-day Amazon operations, including building and managing Amazon transfer shipments (FBA/FBM) and coordinating with warehouse partners to ensure timely processing and fulfillment. Manage Amazon operational cases by investigating and resolving issues related to inventory, shipments, and fulfillment discrepancies. Conduct weekly reviews of expired and damaged Amazon inventory and manage returns, removals, or disposal in accordance with Amazon policies. Support Amazon logistics and inventory initiatives, including the AWD and Single Pallet Project. Identify and submit Amazon missing inventory reimbursement requests and track resolutions to recover eligible costs. Monitor Amazon inventory health and fulfillment performance, proactively flagging risks to in-stock, compliance, or operational efficiency. Manage DTC order flow, proactively resolving issues related to split inventory, order holds, and out-of-stock situations across fulfillment locations. Coordinate purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries with vendors, 3PLs, and internal teams. Assist with data entry, reporting, and reconciliation of purchase orders, invoices, and chargebacks. Maintain SKU and inventory accuracy across Amazon SellerCentral, ERP, and fulfillment systems. Track inbound and outbound shipments; resolve delays or discrepancies promptly. Monitor 3PL performance metrics (SLAs, on-time rates, damages) and flag exceptions. Support cross-functional teams on special projects and seasonal initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or related fields (consumer goods preferred). Strong Excel /Google Sheets and data management skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive under tight timelines. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience or interest in eCommerce or beauty/CPG industry. Familiarity with Amazon SellerCentral and ERP systems (NetSuite, Fulfil, or similar). Knowledge of EDI, freight class, Incoterms, and USMCA documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
