Warehouse Coordinator – Immediately Hiring Join us for the Warehouse Coordinator position at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Plainfield, IL. This permanent, full‑time role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive onboarding package. Position Description Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Tasker Coordinator. The role includes standard warehouse duties such as handling beverages, operating computer equipment, and working with Microsoft Office. Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour Shift Pay: $2.50 per hour (E shift) Overtime Pay: $32.25 per hour Schedule: E Shift, Wednesday – Saturday, 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM Benefits Weekly pay On‑the‑job paid training Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) starting after 30 days Paid time off Company match on 401(k) 15 % employee discount on stock and a variety of other discounts (tools, cars, hotels, electronics, cell phones, travel, etc.) Safety gear provided; safety is the top priority Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of warehouse experience Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) Working knowledge of WMS systems Forklift experience Equipment certification may be required, depending on location Responsibilities Assist in supporting key performance indicators (KPI) for safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance Create and maintain daily dock schedules Communicate with carriers regarding appointments and load status updates Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure workload distribution is even by managing WMS down to floor level Collaborate with inventory and on‑site personnel to resolve order issues Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports Perform other duties as required or assigned Ryder is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer and a drug‑free workplace.
