What's the job?

• Screen resumes using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal systems to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and interest
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate profiles within the ATS
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across global offices
• Partner with senior recruiters to support a smooth and efficient corporate recruiting process
• Manage administrative tasks that keep day-to-day recruiting operations running seamlessly

What's needed?

• Previous experience reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to evaluate large volumes of applicants quickly and accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort coordinating schedules
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support senior recruiting partners
