We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate records are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Communicate with candidates professionally, providing timely updates and information throughout the hiring process.
- Create and update job postings on internal and external platforms to attract candidates with relevant experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding processes to support new hires.
- Collaborate closely with HR and recruitment teams to deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Support sourcing efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' backgrounds and suitability for open positions.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes.
