Hr Recruiter Contract Position

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for attracting top talent.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate records are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  2. Communicate with candidates professionally, providing timely updates and information throughout the hiring process.
  3. Create and update job postings on internal and external platforms to attract candidates with relevant experience.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring teams.
  5. Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding processes to support new hires.
  6. Collaborate closely with HR and recruitment teams to deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  8. Support sourcing efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential candidates.
  9. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' backgrounds and suitability for open positions.
  10. Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes.
