We are seeking a Contract International Recruiter who brings both strategic depth and operational rigor to global hiring—someone who understands that international recruiting requires precision, cultural intelligence, and strong partnership across borders.

Role Overview

The Contract International Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of roles across multiple international markets during a defined contract period.


This role requires immediate impact and strong judgment. You will partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to execute compliant, culturally aware, and efficient hiring processes—while managing international offers, onboarding workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle International Recruiting Execution

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international executive-level and senior corporate roles
  • Conduct high-level candidate prescreens assessing leadership capability, communication effectiveness, and cultural alignment
  • Drive multiple international searches simultaneously while maintaining quality, compliance, and discretion

Strategic Global Hiring Partnership

  • Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to clarify role scope, country-specific considerations, and success profiles

Advanced Global Sourcing & Talent Engagement

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter at an advanced level to source and engage international talent
  • Build and maintain international pipelines aligned to regional and organizational priorities
  • Craft outreach that reflects cultural nuance, professionalism, and Allia Health Group’s values

DEEL Administration & Global Hiring Operations

  • Manage international applications, offers, and onboarding workflows using DEEL
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure offer letters align with country-specific employment requirements
  • Ensure accurate documentation, approvals, and data flow between DEEL and internal systems

Systems, Data & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and dispositions across recruiting systems
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and global hiring standards
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring progress for leadership visibility

Candidate Experience & Global Employer Brand

  • Deliver a clear, timely, and respectful candidate experience across all international markets
  • Communicate expectations, timelines, and outcomes with transparency
  • Represent Allia Health Group with credibility, empathy, and cultural awareness


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a broad range of roles, including individual contributor, senior-level, leadership, and executive positions, with demonstrated experience supporting international hiring
  • Minimum 5 years of advanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, including global sourcing and passive talent engagement
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing international hires through applicant tracking systems (ATS) with international hiring capabilities, including the administration of applications, offer letters, and onboarding workflows
  • Strong understanding of international hiring compliance and country-specific considerations
  • Proven ability to step into contract environments and deliver results quickly
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across cultures and time zones
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting across multiple global regions simultaneously
  • Prior experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, biotechnology, or other regulated industries
  • Experience partnering with global HR, Legal, or Finance teams on international hiring
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)


Contract Expectations

  • This is a 3-month contract assignment, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance
  • Contractor is expected to manage workload independently and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
  • Accuracy, discretion, and compliance are critical to success in this role
