Senior Associate Secretary

Overall Purpose: Provides high-level administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals, including managing communications, scheduling, and documentation, to ensure efficient and effective legal department operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and clerical support, including typing business letters, legal documents, and correspondence, as well as preparing reports using Word and Excel.
  • Scheduling and calendar management for senior executives, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Office management and record keeping, developing and maintaining filing systems, coordinating workspace and office equipment requests, and ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance with records retention policies.
  • Legal research and document preparation, assisting with basic legal research, understanding legal terminology and document formatting, and preparing legal documents and presentation materials using PowerPoint.
  • Special projects and administrative duties, performing work on special projects involving research, data analysis, and report preparation, and handling administrative tasks such as processing bills, vouchers, payroll, and coordinating charitable campaigns and employee recognition programs.

Job Contribution: An entry-level professional with foundational knowledge, applying company policies to routine issues. Follows standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work. Contributes to project fulfillment and organizational objectives, influencing productivity and expenditures. Works under regular supervision with visibility primarily within the department or region.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 03 years of related experience.

Salary Range: $71,900.00 - $107,900.00. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
