You will be responsible for hiring and training caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office. Recruiting: Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers. Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director. On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
