As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Manassas, VA Pay Range: $20 What's the Job? Operate equipment according to current process specifications and procedures Maintain overall production efficiencies at assigned workstations Log machine data and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards Participate in training sessions and complete certification requirements to enhance skills What's Needed? 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to use computer-based programs and applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to follow safety protocols and ergonomic practices Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization What's in it for me?
