Manufacturing Associate
Join our team as a Manufacturing Associate, working on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality of products by maximizing efficiency and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Maximize piece-rate speed on assigned tasks.
- Accurately set up machines using proper setup techniques.
- Ensure all bolts for cutting dies are securely in place.
- Monitor board quality, checking for loose liner, warp, dimensions, caliper, and any other defects.
- Report quality problems to the operator and sort as necessary to maintain machine operation.
- Work at a pace set by the machine operator.
- Be willing to work on any part of the line of progression to the operator, regardless of shift.
- Help operators adhere to production schedules and report any unusual scheduling issues.
- Complete necessary reports accurately and timely, including Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, and Quality Data.
- Submit equipment work orders to supervision for repairs and proactively maintain equipment.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and good housekeeping.
- Maintain reliable attendance as an essential duty of the job.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
