Part-Time, 1st Shift | Monday-Friday (typically 7:30 AM-2:00 PM or 10:00 AM-4:30 PM) Pay Rate:

Provide exceptional service to clients, protecting what matters most and aligning solutions with their goals Build strong, positive relationships with clients, coworkers, and the community Deepen knowledge of banking products and services, maintaining compliance, security, and risk standards Engage in detailed client discussions regarding account activity, financial decisions, and business matters Maintain strict confidentiality for all customer accounts Operational Duties
Process a wide range of personal and commercial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance Issue cashier's checks, money orders, gift cards, and debit cards Manage dormant/inactive account transactions according to bank policy Handle and balance the cash drawer with accuracy and security Assist with opening and closing procedures, including security system access and night deposit processing Follow document retention, filing procedures, and branch security protocols Print daily reports and maintain compliance documentation Compliance & Training
Maintain understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements Participate in sales and referral initiatives Assist with training new hires on deposit products and branch procedures Monitor competitors' rates, pricing, and product updates What You'll Need
Associate degree or equivalent experience; prior financial institution experience preferred Strong customer service, attention to detail, and professional demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software platforms Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Effective verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 lbs, and occasionally stand or move as needed Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking processes Take the Next Step If you're a detail-oriented, professional, and client-focused individual ready to make an impact in a modern banking environment, this is your opportunity to shine.
