We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor. The Internal Auditor will play a vital role in evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. This position will conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations, identify areas for improvement, and help safeguard the organization's assets.
Conduct comprehensive audits of financial, operational, and compliance areas to assess risk management processes and internal controls.
Evaluate financial statements and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations.
Identify risks and areas of improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Prepare and present audit findings, including reports that summarize conclusions and recommendations for stakeholders.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, auditing standards, and best practices.
Assist in the development of the annual audit plan and conduct risk assessments.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
~3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
~ CPA, CIA) is a plus.
~ Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management practices.
~ Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
