As Sr. Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical vision and specific solutions needed to solve business and customer problems. You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You will support cross-functional teams focused on improving the customer experience, modernizing our experience and platforms, and leapfrogging the competition to grow and maintain market share.Product Management at GEICO In this dynamic role, you'll be key to driving GEICO's digital transformation by being part of a growing Product Organization working in cross-functional teams to implement cutting edge technologies, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization.**About This Role**If selected, you will be responsible for working with Technology and Business on requirements, describing and managing the solution of a specific product or initiative, while also coordinating/communicating between different workstreams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to do the work, while also influencing organizational change through proper scoping, process improvement, and positive team dynamics.The ideal candidate is excellent at: Synthesizing business, market, and platform data to identify opportunities, size them, and turn insights into requirements.Evaluating trade-offs and negotiating requirements. Hands-on experience with building, implementing, and monitoring API’s.Coaching and mentoring other Product Managers.
