Job Position: Project Manager Location: Bentonville, AR (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities Manage complex, data-driven projects and ensure seamless integration of generative AI applications. Deliver data assets and BI/analytics dashboards, maintaining a customer-focused approach to develop impactful strategies and solutions. Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to align technical and business objectives. Develop and implement innovative solutions leveraging AI technologies for enhanced customer experiences and optimized marketing efforts. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Walmart data is a plus. Key Skills 1. Customer Data Management and Analytics Expertise in handling large customer datasets. Perform sophisticated analyses and extract actionable insights to drive customer-centric decisions. 2. Generative AI Applications Proficiency in implementing generative AI technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance. Automate and optimize marketing efforts. 3. Technical Acumen Strong understanding of software development, data architecture, and machine learning algorithms. Effectively collaborate with engineering and data science teams. 4. Strategic Vision Ability to align product development with business goals. Anticipate trends and identify opportunities for innovation. 5. Communication Skills Effective in articulating product vision. Write detailed specifications and present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
