The Eye Center is seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist/cataract surgeon (fellowship trained also welcome) to join our well-established, physician-owned practice in Eugene, Oregon. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and skilled physician looking for a stable, collaborative, and patient-focused environment with immediate surgical volume. The incoming ophthalmologist would be able to increase patient volume quickly as a senior physician looks to scale back from clinical duties.

Strong referral network with co-management relationships across the region
Modern, newly updated main clinic
On-site ambulatory surgery center and refractive suite with advanced diagnostics and surgical technology

Position Highlight
Access to high surgical volume, including cataract and refractive surgery
Collegial, team-oriented atmosphere with a strong support staff
Excellent infrastructure with two satellite clinics on the Oregon Coast (Florence and Newport)
Long-standing reputation for excellence in the region
Light call duties as call is shared with all ophthalmologists in the area (2-3 weeks annually) and no hospital call required, though available if desired (with compensation)
