Monitor, assess, and manage cardiovascular and other complex conditions with clinical expertise. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all healthcare standards and protocols. Support patients and families through education and compassionate communication. Qualifications / Desired Experience: Current RN licensure with at least 2 years of experience in a Heart and Vascular stepdown or critical care setting. In-depth knowledge of cardiac care units and cardiovascular patient needs. Ability to work effectively during the 7 PM to 7 AM shift, with no call responsibilities. Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills suited to fast-paced environments.
