Support quality/compliance initiatives and contribute to survey readiness as needed (we are structured and documentation-forward)
Optional (Not Required)
Periodic local travel for face-to-face visits when clinically indicated
Comfort collaborating with hospitals, SNFs, and community clinicians to support smooth transitions and high-quality care coordination
Occasional clinical education/outreach on hospice and palliative care workflows (as mutually agreed)
Payer/Network Participation

We use HospiceMD, eFax, ePrescribing, HIPAA-compliant Slack, and Google Workspace (enterprise). We value organized documentation and efficient physician workflows. Compensation
Compensation is $4,000–$8,000 per month, commensurate with experience, time commitment, and final scope. We are open to structuring compensation as a monthly stipend, hourly, or a blended model for the right physician. Clinical Volume & Cadence
Estimated CTI volume and IDG cadence (including meeting schedule and expected physician participation) are available upon request. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is responsive, professional, personable, and interested in a long-term relationship with a growing hospice. Email hr@californiahh.com directly.
