If you do not meet every requirement, or your experience is slightly different that what we have listed, we still encourage you to apply! ## **Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)*** Responsible for technical sales support related work for FMO products in the AP region, ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of product information provision, consultation responses, and resolution of product issues.* Plan and coordinate resources to ensure appropriate support for sales team activities such as customer visits.* Assist in the promotion of new products or new grades, negotiate quality specifications by monitoring customer trials and obtaining technical approvals, while ensuring product issues are resolved.* Effectively implement Performance Based Management (PBM) by engaging in self-improvement, clarifying personal goals and tasks, and carrying out work with professional competence.* Provide leadership and guidance to relevant technical support personnel, sales staff, and related project personnel.* Support the implementation and maintenance of the Responsible Care Management System, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the RC14001 technical specification applicable to relevant sites/regions.## **Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)*** Possesses solid FMO-related professional knowledge (familiar with product and technical characteristics, or able to quickly master them through strong learning agility) and processing experience, and can provide processing recommendations to the sales team and customers.* Management Ability. Ability to allocate resources with appropriate skills, provide direction, guidance and support, and drive effective outcomes through coordinated efforts.* Team Leadership: Ability to mobilize, support and guide collaborative efforts across parties to achieve objectives in a manner that aligns with the company's values and standards of excellence.* Technical Excellence. Knowledgeable about Cabot’s technical capabilities* Technical Product and Process Knowledge. Knowledge and capabilities to be recognized as credible advisor in the manufacturing technology, implementation and stewardship. Preferred to have experience of handling process equipment, no matter in lab or factory scale.* Communication, Presentation & Engagement. Ability to engage with others in a manner that is relevant, timely and appropriate to the environment. Strong in communication:
very convincing communication skill to build strong relationship with customers’ engineer and
R&D.* Problem Solving. Applies analytical thinking to identify causes of and identify potential solutions to problems.
