Introduction Thrive Health Systems is looking for a Lead Doctor for our newest location in Centennial, CO as of April 1, 2025. We intend to fill this role by May 1, 2025.
We are taking over an already successful practice generating over $500,000 in collections in 2024, and we will be adding 50+ NPs/month to the practice within 60 days.
This may be the best opportunity we have ever listed, because of the runway of opportunity and the amount of marketing we are choosing to invest into a doctor’s practice. If a doctor is capable of servicing and communicating with new patients, then this can be a $535,000+/yr income opportunity.
We also have a pathway for docs to pay off their school loans.
We are looking for leaders—doctors who can gain excellent health‑care results for patients while developing a practice utilizing approximately 40 hours a week of treatment and administration time.
Role Overview Lead Doctors develop their own practice within a clinic, alongside other doctors. Typical Lead Doctors are 2‑4 years out of school, ready to develop their own practice and be the lead, rather than the associate.
Qualifications To be successful at this, they typically have:
Experience developing and delivering on health care plans
Patient goal management and accomplishment skills
Diagnosis skills
Treatment skills, ideally beyond the Chiropractic adjustment
A full health care philosophy that can meet the market and speak to the 80% of chronic illnesses, not simply back pain, that Americans suffer from
Google Suite computer skills
EHR skills
Notes and Charges skills
Spreadsheet skills
High social skills
