About the role Flux is building the future of hardware design and scaling at a pace never before seen in the hardware space. We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to help build the operational backbone of a hypergrowth company.
This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role for an MBA-type operator who wants real responsibility early and thrives in fast-moving environments.
What you’ll do
Own day-to-day business operations across finance, hiring, vendors, and internal systems
Build lightweight models for forecasting, budgeting, and KPIs
Drive cross-functional projects end to end and unblock teams quickly
Operate AI-first, leveraging AI tools and automation to scale how the business runs
What this role is like
Flux is growing extremely fast; you will be drinking from the firehose
You’ll have visibility into and influence over nearly every major company decision
This role rewards judgment, speed, and ownership more than process or tenure
What we’re looking for
MBA or equivalent analytical background
Scrappy, execution-focused mindset with high ownership
Strong judgment and comfort operating with ambiguity
Ability to move fast and get things done without heavy process
