Position Overview We are seeking motivated and self-driven developers with 0–3 years of experience to join our team as Associate Technical Consultants. The role involves working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Experience Data Services (EDS) projects to create and optimize digital forms, workflows, and customer experiences for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing, developing, and configuring solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM EDS.
Develop and customize AEM components, templates, client libraries, and workflows.
Build adaptive and responsive forms using AEM Forms and AEM EDS frameworks.
Collaborate with UX designers, back-end engineers, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
Integrate data via APIs and third-party systems using Java-based backend logic.
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments.
Apply Adobe’s best practices for performance, accessibility, and security.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, and object-oriented programming concepts.
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns.
Willingness to learn AEM (Sites, Forms, Assets) and AEM EDS.
Problem‑solving mindset with strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, or Sitecore.
Knowledge of AEM‑specific technologies like Sightly/HTL, OSGi framework, and CRX/CRXDE.
Familiarity with Maven, Git, JIRA, Jenkins.
Understanding of JSON schema, XML, or form data processing.
Exposure to Angular or React JS frameworks.
Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Candidates with 0–3 years of development experience, including internships and project work, are encouraged to apply.
