We are seeking a dynamicMarketing Specialistto join our Integrated Marketing Communications team. This role is pivotal in executing experiential marketing initiatives, supporting sales strategy, and strengthening relationships with industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong marketing expertise who thrives in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Communications

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to build consumer trust, demand, and sales.

Lead the organization’s experiential marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to engage target audiences through events and activations.

Contribute to digital marketing planning, implementation, reporting, and performance evaluation.

Manage budgets for assigned projects and programs.

Sales & Stakeholder Relationship Management

Manage and execute the organization’s retail sales strategy and support the development of the annual sales plan.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry stakeholders to foster trust and drive sales opportunities.

Lead sales channel initiatives, including retail and e-commerce campaigns.

Serve as the point person for stakeholder communications, ensuring consistent and positive engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or commensurate experience)

4–7 years of marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record of building and executing complex marketing programs

Experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels

Experience in retail marketing a plus

Experience with in-house CPG food companies and/or in the restaurant/foodservice industry a plus

Proven ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships successfully

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and social media

Comfortable working in a digital and remote environment using virtual communication and meeting platforms

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Possess a self-starter attitude with the confidence and discipline to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver outcomes beyond expectations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

$32.82 - $36.92/hour (approximate annualized amount of $64,000-$72,000/year based on 37.5 hrs./week, 52 weeks/year), based on experience
