Global Head of Strategic Planning (m/f/x) to support the leadership team and shape the company’s future growth strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing the organizational structure, enhancing operational efficiency and driving the strategic growth agenda.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic roadmap with the leadership team (Ever 2030 Program, ESG)
Drive cross functional alignment between TechOps, R&D, Finance and Commercial
Continuous improvement across the value chain and process landscape to secure scalability and competitiveness:
Undertake operational excellence initiatives across procurement, production, supply chain, R&D and commercial operations
Support digital transformation in all functions
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies where useful
Support M&A & CAPEX projects from the economic and technical feasibility phase through implementation
Carry out project deep dive analyses to support critical business decisions
Coordinate internal and external strategic communication
Your profile
University degree in business, natural sciences or engineering
5+ experience in pharma supply chain, production, sales or strategy
Competence in operational excellence and process optimization, preferably with exposure to digital transformation, AI, or other tools
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling
Track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to completion
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
