In this role, you won't just manage accounts; you'll cultivate a community, turning your expertise into scalable programs that empower a vast portfolio of developers to build securely. You'll use data-driven insights to help hundreds of customers unlock business value and drive transformative change through programmatic, high-impact engagements.### **What You’ll Do:*** Champion Customer Success at Scale: Design and execute engaging, scheduled sessions focused on technical and business outcomes to ensure every customer realizes increasing value from Snyk.* Promote Scalable Adoption: Lead innovative programs, including one-to-many engagements like technical workshops and webinars, that equip new customers to achieve their security goals quickly and efficiently.* Translate Data into Action: Analyze customer usage data to uncover trends, proactively identify risks, and trigger targeted, programmatic outreach to ensure the health and success of your portfolio.* Build a Library of Success: Create and curate high-quality technical resources like tutorials and best practice guides that empower customers to self-serve and succeed independently.* Be the Voice of Your Customer Portfolio: Act as a powerful internal advocate, synthesizing feedback to influence the product roadmap and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to address common needs.### **What You Bring:*** You have 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management.* Fluency in Portuguese* You have proven experience designing and executing one-to-many programs such as webinars, email campaigns, or workshops (A Scalable Mindset).* You have a working knowledge of developer tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VSCode) and an understanding of the DevSecOps lifecycle (DevTools Proficiency & DevSecOps Acumen).* You are proficient in AppSec concepts like SAST/DAST, SCA, SBOM, and secrets/container/IaC scanning.* You bring the ability to be an effective and influential communicator (both written and verbal) with a wide range of personas.### **It’d Be Awesome If You Also…*** Have a Builder's Background—experience as a developer or with coding and Agentic AI systems.* Are a Natural Educator who loves helping people understand how technology works.* Bring hands-on experience with AppSec programs like threat modeling or vulnerability management (OWASP, NIST).* Have experience with scripting or digital program transformation (Programmatic Pro).* Hold relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+.#LI-WR1*We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech.
