IP Life Sciences Litigation Associate

Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring a junior to mid-level IP litigation associate to join its nationally recognized life sciences practice in Denver. This team handles high-stakes patent disputes for innovator pharmaceutical companies and is deeply involved in matters that shape the market.
This is a litigation-forward role with real responsibility, direct client exposure, and sustained mentorship from lawyers who are consistently active in district courts and before the PTAB.
The Role
Complex patent litigation involving pharmaceuticals and biologics
Hatch-Waxman ANDA litigation
BPCIA disputes
District court patent cases
PTAB proceedings
Strategy development, briefing, and case management
Working closely with clients on litigation and portfolio strategy
The work is substantive and demanding. Associates here are expected to think, not just execute.
The Candidate Profile
Junior to mid-level IP litigation attorney
Experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies
Meaningful exposure to Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA matters
District court and PTAB experience preferred
Strong writing skills and comfort taking ownership of workstreams
Technical background in life sciences strongly valued
