The role implies
Lead the budgeting and analytics process for Technical and IT streams and entities: challenge budget requests for consistency and reasonability based on driver analysis, preparing presentation materials for HQ and presenting them.
Lead the budget control process for Technical and IT functions of the Company: prepare requirements for process automation.
Lead Investment Committee materials preparation.
Provide support to Technical and IT functions on finance related issues; manage cross‑functional relations to achieve the company’s goals.
Develop and analyze the performance of investment projects; supervise project calculations and estimate project relevance to the company’s strategy.
Lead a team of 5+ members.

Master’s degree in finance.
5+ years’ experience and deep knowledge in financial and investment analysis, financial models, business plans and other investment documents.
Practical experience in preparing presentation materials for the company’s management and HQ.
3+ years’ experience in team management (5+ members).
Experience in negotiations with clients, financial institutions, internal users and HQ representatives.
Extensive practical experience preparing budgets, presentations for customers and financial institutions, and for company management.
English – upper intermediate (B2).
