A patient-focused, optometry practice and eyewear boutique seeking a responsible, personable, and detail-oriented Optical Assistant to join our team (will begin as Part-time work).
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is serious about starting a career. While no prior experience is required, we are looking for a professional, responsible and dedicated person who is committed to learning and growing with us, this wouldn’t be a good fit for someone looking to do as little as possible to get by. This is a part-time position that may expand to full-time and requires Saturday availability.
What You’ll Do
Assist patients with appointments, insurance, and eyewear selection.
Educate patients on lens options and insurance coverage.
Support the optometrist with clinical and administrative tasks.
Perform eyewear adjustments and fittings.
Manage inventory and maintain the retail space.
