Bakery Manager/Cake Celebrity .
The Role: As the leader of our bakery, you are the heart of our operations. You will:
Inspire the Team:
Lead a crew of 15–25 team members, fostering a fun, upbeat, and inclusive environment.
Master Operations:
Manage everything from high-volume holiday schedules to inventory levels and P&L targets.
Make Genuine Connections:
Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging with local businesses, schools, and organizations to "Bring the Joy" to the community.
Ensure Excellence:
Uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation for our signature cakes.

Family-Friendly Hours:
No late nights or early mornings—we close at 6:30 PM most days.
