**JOB PURPOSE** This role exists to advance the Media Performance Analytics function, driving the development and execution of advanced measurement, insights, and analytics capabilities to optimize media investments and commercial outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Familiarity with syndicated and retailer data (e.g., Nielsen, Vivvix, Pathmatics, Circana) is a plus.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Advanced proficiency with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and analytics tools (SQL, Python, Databricks)**Pay:** The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640.
